Lot 1

Lot 1 consists of 1.08 acres gently sloping from Carmer Road down to Runyan Lake. It is 438 feet long by 143 feet wide narrowing to 44 feet of lake frontage. it is bordered by a Runyan Lake East private drive and lot 2 to the north, Carmer Road to the east, lot 19 to the south, and the Runyan Lake to the west. The lot is both open and forested with a treeline to the east and south. This lot includes full riparian access to the lake and beautiful full-west sunset views.

Lot 2

Another lot with beautiful western sunset views, lot 2 is .83 acres 361 feet deep, 159 feet at its widest point, gradually narrowing down to 44 feet of lake frontage. It is bordered by lots 4 and 5 to the north, lot 3 to the east, lot 1 to the south, and by Runyan Lake. Access to the lot is via the end of the Runyan Lake East development private drive. The lot is mostly open area and includes full riparian access to the lake.

Lot 3 is .59 acres and is 159 feet by 160 feet. The lot is bordered by lot 4 to the north, Carmer Road to the east, the private shared Runyan Lake East development private drive to the south, and lot 2 to the west. Access to the lot is via the shared private drive. The lot has a few mature trees. It does not have riparian access to the lake.

Lot 4 is .76 acres bordered by the private shared Runyan Lake East development drive to the north, Carmer Road to the east, lot 3 to the south, and lot 5 to the west. It is 190 foot wide on Carmer Road, narrowing to 143 foot, and is 197 foot deep. The lot has several mature trees. It does not have riparian access to the lake.

Lot 5 is 1.49 acres in the middle of the development. 482 feet deep, the lot is 179 feet at its widest point, gradually narrowing down to 63 feet of lake frontage. It is bordered by the shared Runyan Lake East development private drive to the north, lot 4 to the east, lot 2 to the south, and the regulated wetlands of lot 6 to the west. This riparian lot, with a mixture of both trees and open land, has the most expansive view of the lake.

At over 2.8 acres, lot 6 is the largest lot in the development. This 771 feet deep lot is 180 feet at the widest point, narrowing down to 48 feet of lake frontage. The lot is bordered by the private Runyan Lake Road to the north, lot 7 to the east, and a treelined single private residence to the west. The tree-filled lot sits at the end of the private Runyan Lake East development drive, and includes full riparian access to the lake.

Lot 7 is 1.47 acres 180 feet wide by 350 feet deep. The lot is bordered by The lot is bordered by the private Runyan Lake Point Road to the north, lot 8 to the east, the shared Runyan Lake development drive to the south, and lot 6 to the west. The lot is a combination of young and mature trees and open area. It does not have access to the lake.

Lot 8

Lot 8 is on the corner of Runyan Lake Point and Carmer roads, with proposed driveway access off Carmer Road. This 1.46 acre lot is 187 feet wide, and varies between 299 and 350 feet deep. The lot is bordered by the private Runyan Lake Point Road to the north, Carmer Road to the east, the shared Runyan Lake development drive to the south, and lot 7 to the west. The lot is a combination of both mature trees and open area. It does not have access to the lake.

In addition to the Runyan Lake East development, lot 19 is also available at this time. The lot gently slopes down from Carmer Road to Runyan Lake. It is approximately 381 feet long by 120 feet wide narrowing down to 40 feet of lake frontage. it is bordered by a Lot 1 to the north, Carmer Road to the east, a single private residence to the south, and Runyan Lake to the west. The lot is mostly open with a treeline to the south, and features the best view of summer sunsets on the lake. This lot has full riparian access to the lake.
